COVID-19

The ever presence of the COVID-19 has caused massive disruptions that has impacted most of our daily lives and it has hit the travel industry extremely hard.

We are staying optimistic that we will be able to commence our operations from 2022, however we appreciate that making a holiday booking is rife with uncertainties. In order to assist we have made a few changes to our booking conditions in order to offer more flexibility to our clients that will hopefully make you feel more comfortable with the planning of your next trip.

We are continually assessing the situation and we will make sure to share any relevant information as early as possible. If you need any further information then please get in touch with us.

CHANGING OF DATES

You can postpone your trip to another available date in the future, with your deposit transferred with no extra charges. We will also honour the package price originally quoted and we will not charge any annual price increases subsequently applied to the package price.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

At the time of booking we ask for a non refundable deposit payment of 30%, however we will offer a full refund* if you wish to cancel your booking for any reason relating to Covid 19 prior to the 8 week final payment deadline.

Within the 8 week deadline we will offer a full refund* only if your airline and/or country’s covid rules prevent you from continuing with your trip.

If you have to cancel for any another reason, then our normal terms and conditions apply, however we will take each case on its own merit.

*Please not that we will not reimburse or pay any bank charges or transfer fees.
